- Daily summaries of top trending search topics by region
- AI-generated analysis of why topics are trending and who is searching for them
- Content angle suggestions for writers, marketers, and creators
- Monthly trend reports and a searchable trend archive
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on SpikeSearch — including but not limited to text, AI-generated analysis, layout, graphics, and site code — is owned by or licensed to SpikeSearch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and share individual trend summaries for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute SpikeSearch and link back to the original page. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Site's content in bulk
- Scrape or systematically download content via automated means
- Use the content to train machine learning models without our written consent
- Frame or mirror the Site on any other website without our prior written permission
Underlying trend data is sourced from Google Trends and remains subject to Google's terms. AI-generated analysis is produced using Anthropic's Claude and is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
4. Acceptable Use
When using SpikeSearch you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site at a rate that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with SpikeSearch
5. AI-Generated Content
Trend analysis and content suggestions on SpikeSearch are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we endeavour to ensure accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should independently verify any AI-generated analysis before acting on it.
6. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Links
Some pages on SpikeSearch may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear with the note "Articles may contain affiliate links."

Trend data is sourced from Google Trends and reflects publicly available search interest signals. It is not investment, business, or marketing advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpikeSearch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed AUD $100.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
Australian consumers may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
